Hooks on this lock are automatically engaged as the door is closed without needing to lift the handle. The handle will retract the hooks from the inside and a further turn of the key throws the deadbolt. Latch reversal: Push in latch a screw will appear in back of lockcase. Undo the screw to remove the latch. Reverse, reinsert and replace screw.

This classic 2 hook Cobra features a central deadbolt. The options on this page are 20mm faceplate locks. 16mm variations are listed on the previous page. If you have a lift lever lock, use this lock with a solid spindle. Faceplate maybe marked STV-F2070.

This genuine KFV genuine gearbox is riveted onto strips and need to be drilled and then re-riveted. These cases will only replace newer KFV locks as older versions have different connectors.

Latch reversal: Depending on date of manufacture either: Push in the latch and undo the screw in the back of the lock case, remove the latch, reverse and reinsert or Push in the latch and undo the screw in the side of the lock case to remove the latch, reverse and reinsert.
