The 855 series features Key Wind operation which allows the door to be locked and unlocked by 2 turns of the key. The latch is retracted by the key or the handle. Type 2 refers to 2 roller, 2 mushroom locks.
Operation: Key wind.
Latch reversal: Undo the screw in the side of the lock case adjacent to the latch. Remove the latch, reverse, reinsert and repace the screw.

Fuhr Centre Section Latch, Deadbolt, 2 Rollers
A centre lock section which has the ability to accept roller attachments and shootbolts. Both are supplied separately and roller extensions are available in pairs as either 200mm or 400mm between rollers.Operation: Lift lever.

Sobinco Latch, 3 Swing Deadbolts
This Sobinco features drop bolts which swing out from the lock case. These locks are also known as Reynaers or Aliplast. They come with a 24mm U-rail faceplate.
Operation: Key wind.
Latch reversal: Fully lock the multipoint then, using grips, pull the spring latch out of the case and twist. This operation will not work in the unlocked position.

KFV Latch, Deadbolt, 2 Pins, Key Wind
This is the key wind operation version of the KFV 2 pin multipoint lock with 1490mm between the pins. Some models have been discontinued. Where available, alternatives are listed above although extra roller keeps will be required.
Operation: Key wind.
Latch reversal: Depending on date of manufacture either: Push the serrated button at the top of the lock case down while simultaneously pulling out the latch. Remove to reverse and reinsert.
