An intumescent graphite-based fire and smoke seal contained within a PVC sleeve for door assemblies.

In the event of a fire, the seal expands to many times its original volume and seals the gap around the door.

Smoke seals tested to EN1634-3 and 100,000 open and close cycles.

Available in various sizes.



Operation:
  • In the event of a fire the seal expands to many times its original volume and seals the gap around the door.

Sizes:

Available as:

  • 2100mm x 10mm x 4mm
  • 2100mm x 15mm x 4mm
  • 2100mm x 20mm x 4mm

Notes:
  • Tested for 30 minutes with 10mm and 15mm to BS476 part 22 and 31.1
  • Tested for 60 minutes with 20mm, 25mm and 30mm to BS476 part 22 and 31.1
  • Smoke seals tested to EN1634-3
  • Tested to 100,000 open / closed cycles
