Delivery / Shipping Info

Same Day Despatch

We use DPD for deliveries and endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.

UK Based Orders

Delivery usually within 1 to 2 days. However 5 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.

Please note that if you live in the Highlands

Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive next working day. Please allow 2-5 days, depending on the destination.area delivery may take longer than specified.

European Orders

European orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days but please contact us before to confirm your destination address.

Not at home during the day?

No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.

Security

You will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when the postman calls, don’t worry!

You will be left with a card with details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Your parcel will be kept for 2 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.

If you would like us to re send your order we will regretably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.

Tracking your order

Your unique order tracking number can be emailed to you upon request. Alternatively you can call us on 0845 094 88 75.

Haven’t received you order when expected?

If your order doesn’t arrive when expected please contact our Customer Service Department on 0845 094 88 75,

Please be aware that Cheaplocks.co.uk cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.
